Rather then wasting your database (Free 30-day trial) and since there's no demo I'm wondering if there is an expense tracking module that exists so you can track expenses per employee and assign to various projects/tasks/clients/vendors. We currently use Freshbooks (www.freshbooks.com) but this seems like a nice alternative. Our issue/concern has always been around data retention utilizing third-party hosted services. If they closed tomorrow we'd be screwed but hosting it ourselves would allow us the chance to manage the data.
